Seasons/Availability: Resembling an overgrown butternut squash, Tahitian squash can weigh in anywhere between eight pounds and thirty pounds and grow to three feet in length! Described as sweet and delicious, this versatile variety releases a fragrance some say is reminiscent of cantaloupe while others say its scent is like that of a pumpkin.
