Peacotum
Grower: Fitzgerald Farms

Description: The Peacotum Stonefruit is a hybrid of a plum, apricot, and yellow peach. It has a golden yellow and dark pink blushed skin with a slight fuzz, like a peach. The flesh of the Peacotum is the color of a yellow peach but the consistency of a plum. The flavor is very unique, one bite tastes like a plum and the next has strong hints of apricot. It is like a surprise in every bite.
