Temecula Sweet Honey Onion

Description: Temecula Honey onion is classified as a super sweet onion that is similar in flavor to the Maui or Vidalia varieties. Grown in Temecula, California this onion has the ideal climate to produce high sugar levels, with a Brix reading of 10. The Temecula Honey spring onion has large green leaf tops comparable to the leek. As the name suggests, the Temecula Honey onion offers a very sweet flavor and becomes a golden color as it matures.
