Breakfast Radishes on Baguettes
Serves 4
A traditional dish in France, it is delicious as a starter.
One baguette, sliced 1/2-inch thick
Unsalted butter
One bunch breakfast radishes, thinly sliced
Fleur de Sel
1. Spread the baguette slices with butter, arrange radishes on the butter, and sprinkle with a bit of fleur de Sel.
